Kemar McIntosh


Kemar McIntosh earned an M.A. in African & African Diaspora Studies and is currently completing the Ph.D. in Global & Sociocultural Studies with a concentration in cultural anthropology. Kemar’s research interests cover the following: Caribbean queer politics, critical race, gender and sexuality theories, feminist political ecology, cognitive anthropology, and critical trauma studies. Kemar is passionate about advocacy and intends to devote most of his professional life to public service in the near future.
