Ordinarily, the FIU unit that provides the highest amount of support will deal with submission of Travel Authorization Request (TAR) and Reimbursement forms.

Upon completion of trip, no later than a week later, please provide our office with all original:

  • receipts  (taxi, registration fees, airfare, hotel, etc)
  • conference program
  • airfare boarding passes
  • signed reimbursement form
