Lilia Santiague, Ph.D. graduate
from
Indiana
University’s department of Educational
Leadership and Policy Studies Department with a concentration in Higher
Education and Student Affairs. Her dissertation is on the college experience
of Haitian and Haitian American Students.
RESEARCH INTERSTS
Her research interests are on access and retention of
minority and
Caribbean students. She earned a
Master’s degree in Student Personnel in Higher Education at the
University of
Florida. While at the
University of
Florida,
she served as Coordinator & Adviser for the Decision & Information
Sciences Department in the
College
of
Business.
