The 19th Annual Eric E. Williams Memorial Lecture will be held on Friday, October 13th, 2017 at the Student Academic Success Center (SASC). This year's guest lecturer will be renowned scholar, Dr. Pedro A. Noguera, Distinguished Professor of Education at UCLA. His talk will discuss how some problems, such as chronic unemployment and inadequate access to healthcare, disproportionately affect Black communities, especially under Trump's administration.
